The library space will be a multipurpose space shared with the local senior citizens group and the billiards club.
Funding for the refurbishments was provided by the Victorian government's Living Libraries infrastructure program, alongside a contribution from Hindmarsh Shire Council.
The Jeparit Library and Customer Service Centre will be open from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm on Monday, and 9am to 12pm on Wednesday.
