AFL Wimmera-Mallee manager Jason Muldoon explained Saturday's protocols to The Wimmera Mail-Times.
"1000 (people) which includes participants, coaches, volunteers, officials and spectators," Muldoon said.
"(The) Number of people in each indoor space at a facility at any one time is limited to 300. So that includes change rooms, social rooms if they are all in the one facility. If it's all under the one roof, that's classed as one facility.
"We're pretty much back to normal where we were before the lockdown."

The metropolitan Melbourne travel limit removal also means WFNL and HDFNL players who live in Melbourne can travel to their games.
Muldoon said he was "ecstatic" with the news.
"Probably the disturbing thing about the last couple of weeks is, I saw it from my perspective around what it did to volunteers and people trying to run clubs and it was really stressful for them and it was pretty disturbing to be honest the position it put the volunteers," he said.
"So I understand it's great to have crowds, and you know we'll get back and financially it's great, but for me, it's that burden off the volunteers and the pressure that is off them, that they can go and actually enjoy a sport that they love and the clubs that they love.
"It's more of a relief than an excitement. Other people will be excited and that's understandable but from my perspective what we've gone through and what I've seen good club people and their volunteers, what they've had to go through has been pretty horrific."
This week the South Australian government removed its hard border with Victoria;
Hhowever, it requires anyone who is entering the state that has been in regional Victoria (outside of the 70km border corridor) to get a COVID-19 test on the day they arrive and self-quarantine until they get the result.
It is unconfirmed as to whether this is an issue for players from teams such as Nhill (inside the border corridor) this week who have to travel to Minyip (outside the border corridor).
