In partnership with the Australian Driving Institute, the centre will hold the classes on Saturday, June 26, Sunday, June 27.
The training offers both a practical and theoretical side giving participants the "skills, attitude and confidence paramount for road safety".
Program coordinator Lynne Beaton said HBNC was glad to be rerunning the annual course after being cancelled in 2020.
"We are once again thrilled to provide this opportunity for L, P and full license drivers to undertake valuable training in AustDrive 1 and 2 on the 26th and 27th June,'' Ms Beaton said.

"Over the years, we have received feedback from participants letting us know that the skills they learnt from this training helped them to manage difficult and dangerous road situations. This is the motivation for continuing to provide this opportunity, especially for our young drivers."
Learner drivers will need to be accompanied by a full license holder to complete the training.
Drivers will need to provide their vehicle and, upon completion, will be presented with a certificate from the ADI.
A BBQ lunch will also be available for purchase on the day.
