Horsham Criminal Investigation Unit's Senior Constable Rebekah Harvey said the first break-in occurred around 3:40am on Sunday morning, and the second at 12:20am on Monday morning.
Snr Const Harvey said the perpetrators forced entry to the clubrooms on both occasions.
The second break-in resulted in extensive damage to the clubroom doors, including shattered glass and a bent metal doorframe.

A spokesman for Victoria Police said police believed two men on a black motorcycle parked nearby before they both entered and ransacked the clubrooms.
The spokesman said police believed the same two men returned for the second burglary.
The perpetrators allegedly stole alcohol and confectionery from the clubrooms, with police valuing the total stolen goods over both burglaries at $1000.
Snr Const Harvey said police recovered CCTV footage from the scene and were following several leads.
Kalkee Football Netball Club refrained from commenting while the police investigation was ongoing.
