The plan covers parking in the Central Activity District (CAD) and aims to provide a better customer experience with parking in Horsham.
Some of the main elements of the Plan include increasing all one-hour car parks into two-hour car parks, turning all short term parking to 30-minutes, removing existing permit parking locations, and adding 22 accessible car parks in high traffic locations.
Councilor Claudia Haenel spoke in favour of the plan at the council meeting.

"It will save time and money handling and with the ease of managing your parking from your driver's seat.
"It will also make life easier for our ageing population and mums with kids that have their hands full.
"This will be a timesaving process and an easy process."
