Ladder-leaders Minyip-Murtoa head to Ararat to take on the unpredictable Rats on their home deck, where the Rats can be a surprise package for any team.
The Eagles will be looking for redemption after last round's loss, as they host the Giants, who will be fresh off their bye last round and raring to get back on the field.
At home at Davis Park, Nhill continue their search for their maiden win of the season against the Stawell Warriors.
Last but not least in the football, Horsham and the Saints compete once again for the Pelican Cup.

The two sides met earlier in the season for an ANZAC Day clash, and with both sides in great form the stage is set for another epic clash.
Horsham coach Jordyn Burke said the Demons would have to play their best football to beat the in-form Saints.
"And at the moment, (the Saints) and Murtoa are probably the form sides of the competition and at Coughlin Park, it's hard a one to win," Burke said.
"It's a funny sort of oval with its set up, and they play it really well because it's their home ground."
However, Burke said his Horsham side are chomping at the bit at the challenge.
From the start of the year to now, we're a completely different side.

"We've got huge respect for them, because they've beaten us now, fairly regularly over the last two seasons. Yeah we've got to do something to change that, but my boys are ready to rock and roll," he said.
The Demons will have some confidence, with wins in the last two rounds under their belt.
With a comeback win over a strong Dimboola side and a convincing victory over Nhill, the Demons are far better placed than in previous weeks.
Burke said the Demons resurgent form is a reward for the effort his players were putting in.
"They've been heading in the right direction. I think we were due to get a bit of momentum going at some stage," he said.
MORE NEWS:
While the wins give the Demons some confidence going into this round's clash, Burke said the Demons weren't getting ahead of themselves.
"I guess it gives you more confidence, no doubt, but you look at Saint Micks form as well, and their form is only getting better."
"It makes you aware that you're going to have to play even better football."
Horsham's scratchy form earlier in the year was due to "teething issues", according to Burke.
"As a coaching panel you have to find the right mix. There were a few things I got wrong early in the year from my point of view and, I've probably corrected them.
At the moment, the Saints and Murtoa are probably the form sides of the competition.

"Positionally. Rhona Conboy is playing a fair bit up forward. Our midfield structure is better as well, we've gone with a bit of pace; Brody Pope and Matty Wynne going in as mainstays in the midfield has helped.
"The best thing is the guys we've taken out of those roles have slotted in somewhere else and played a role.
"A lot of them are young blokes finding their feet in senior footy regardless. You've got few teething issues where you've got to find the right spot for them to play.
"It's changed a hell of a lot of things. From the start of the year to now, we're a completely different side."
In the netball, the ladder-leading Giants will see their dominance tested by a talented Warrack outfit at ANZAC Park.
Reigning premiers Minyip-Murtoa travel to Ararat to face the resurgent Rats at home - a venue where last week they put aside 5th placed Stawell by 20 points.
The Warriors will be looking to rebound against winless Nhill, while the Saints take on the red-hot Demons in what looks to be a scorcher.
