Under the new arrangements, the vaccination centre will receive 240 doses a week, with the number set to increase in the future.
The Pfizer vaccine will be available to anyone aged 40 to 60-years-old or with exceptional circumstances. Bookings are essential.
Lister House chief executive Amanda Wilson said the clinic was almost booked out on the first day of opening appointments for the Pfizer vaccine.

"As a commonwealth site, we deal directly with the government and get our supply directly from them, it is not through the states," she said.
"We have been guaranteed 240 vaccines a week, and in three weeks, it will turn up to nearly 500 for the first and second doses. It is just a matter of trying to ensure we have enough staff and available space.
"We are going to try and open up more spots as soon as we can. People want to look out in the next couple of days."
This comes after Australia struggles with a shortage of Pfizer vaccine doses, causing the Wimmera Health Care Group to stop administering the vaccine at its Horsham Vaccination Clinic temporarily.
Australia will soon have access to an estimated one million Pfizer doses a week under a renewed deal with the pharmaceutical company.
