Thursday's figures mark a sharp increase in demand for testing following the listing of an exposure site in Nhill.
On Tuesday, the Read Street clinic administered 59 tests, 72 on Monday and 50 on Sunday.
A Wimmera Health Care Group spokesperson said the majority of people getting tested were return travellers from South Australia.
The spike in testing on Wednesday saw lines spill out onto the street, with the clinic having to extend hours and put on more staff.

The spokesperson said it was a significant amount of tests and possibly the most delivered since 2020's drive-in testing.
The Read Street testing clinic is open from 9am to 12pm.
If anyone in line before 12pm cannot receive a test before closing, they will still be tested, despite how many are lined up.
