The 12-player squad featured the likes of the experienced Shaun Norris (captain) and Tristian Knowles both off to their fifth Paralympics, as well as Brett Stibners selected for his fourth.
Blair was a part of The Rollers side that won silver at the 2012 London Games, as well as the side that finished sixth in the 2016 Rio Games.
The Rollers have an imposing record when it comes to international tournaments and will no doubt be aiming to medal in Tokyo after what was a disappointing result in Rio.
Speaking to the Mail-Times earlier this year Blair said the side "dropped the ball in 2016".
"I think anything other than a medal would be certainly a disappointment, and I would say that would be below our expectations," he said.
"When you're competing at elite sport you don't go there to come second, you go there to win."
Jannik himself has endured a fairly tumultuous year in Spain where he plied his trade for club side Bilbao, during the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Still, Blair made it through the other side and did so with an impressive piece of silverware - Bilbao took out the Spanish League for the first time in the club's history.
Blair said that although tough, his time in Spain this year was invaluable ahead of Tokyo.
"The standard of the league was really strong this year and ultimately with the goal being the Paralympics in Tokyo, I think it was the best place to be from a preparation standpoint," he told the Mail-Times in June.
The Rollers are scheduled to begin their Paralympic campaign on August 26.
