After almost 40 years of service, Julie Meyer-Elbourne has called it a day on her time at Horsham's Lister House Clinic.

Mrs Meyer-Elbourne started at the clinic on November 19, 1984, as a receptionist, before record-keeping at the clinic was computerised.
Over her years at Lister House, Mrs Meyer-Elbourne saw many doctors and nurses come through the clinic, and many changes and technological breakthroughs in the industry.

Mrs Meyer-Elbourne eventually became a nurse with the clinic, studying her enrolled nursing degree alongside her receptionist duties.
Colleagues described her as incredibly popular and well-loved by all patients, coming in on her days off to ensure a continuity of care.
Lister House chief executive Amanda Wilson congratulated Mrs Meyer-Elbourne for her achievements in the job.
"She genuinely loved working, and never took a sick day," she said.
"Someone who always did her job smiling and friendly. Helped all of the doctors, patients and staff."
