The Giants have taken out the minor-premiership and will look to continue their imperious form against a formidable opponent in the Roos.
An upset here for the Roos could potentially move them into the top three ahead of the final round.
After a costly loss to Ararat last round, Horsham Saints sit in sixth just one win behind Stawell who have the bye this week.
MORE NEWS:
If they can spring an upset against Warrack they will likely only trail the Warriors on percentage.
The Eagles are a side in form though after a clinical nine-point win against the Roos in round 15. A victory over the Saints would narrow the gap between them and the Demons in second.
Horsham Demons should bounce back from last week's two-point loss to the Giants with a win over the struggling Burras.
Two-points is the closest any team has gotten to the Giants this year and will no doubt give the second-placed Demons immense confidence moving forward.
In the remaining game between Ararat and Nhill, pride will be on the line for both sides.
Finals are out of the equation for the Tigers, while it would take nothing short of a miracle for the Rats to qualify from here.
Still, there is plenty to play for and a win for either side would do wonders heading into the offseason.
In the football, the teams playing finals have just about been decided, but there is still a lot to play out in terms of final positioning.
An upset for the Horsham Demons against Minyip-Murtoa is a must if they are to keep their slim finals hopes alive.
The Burras however won't be taking it easy and another four points for them will hand them the minor premiership.
Despite being winless Warrack Eagles have plenty to play for when they battle the Horsham Saints, who are fresh from losing a match they would have expected to win.
An upset would unsettle the Saints but a win would stamp their finals' ticket.
Similar to the Saints, a win for Dimboola against the Southern Mallee Giants would guarantee their finals' spot.
OTHER NEWS:
In fact, it would move them to equal second with Stawell and the Giants, potentially just behind both on percentage.
However, if the Giants, the only team to beat the Burras all year, can muster a win you, can just about pencil them in for the second spot at the regular season's end.
In the final match between Ararat and Nhill, the Rats go in heavy favourites with four wins to their name, including two against the Horsham Saints.
The fighting Tigers won't make it easy though as they aim to notch their first win.
