With the top five sides in both competitions largely settled, sides will now be pressing to see what kind of momentum they can muster going into finals series that look to be tight.
Two rematches could set the tone for the finals, as the fourth placed Saints take on third-placed Stawell.
A win would unlikely be enough for the Saints to clinch third spot, given they are 28 points behind in percentage, but it would be a massive confidence boost going into a close finals series.
Dimboola meanwhile, trail the Saints by a game and just two percentage points, adding an extra element to their clash with the Demons.

The Demons themselves will be looking to end the year on a high, having upset the Roos in their last clash.
Down in Ararat the red-hot Rats host Southern Mallee, hoping to make it three wins on the trot with an upset of giant proportions against the second-placed Giants.
John Delahunty's Burras, who seem to have hit another gear in the second half of the season, head to Nhill to take on the Tigers.
The Burras have already earned a week off by securing the minor premiership and have a chance to further impress their fearsome credentials on the competition.
Like the Burras, the Giants will be aiming to cement their position as one of the top two sides in the competition, after solid, if underwhelming performances against lower ranked sides Horsham and Dimboola in the past two rounds.
In the netball, Ararat sit one game and percentage outside the top five, and a big win against the Giants could just get the Rats over the line.
MORE NEWS:
However, defeating the dominant ladder-leaders, still reeling from their first loss of the season against the Roos, will be a tough prospect indeed.
The Rats would have to play out of their skin to keep their slim finals chances alive, but they've got everything to play for in this final round.
Meanwhile in Dimboola, the Roos will look to continue the blistering form they displayed during their clutch win over the first placed Giants when they host the second placed Demons.
The win against the seemingly invincible Giants launched Dimboola into third place and they now play a side who they will likely face again in the first week of finals.
Reigning premiers Minyip-Murtoa will head to Nhill with the intention of ending a tumultuous season on a high, while the Tigers will hope to use this one last chance to notch a win for the season.
It's going to be round of fierce competition; a taste of what's to come in September.
