Bookings are now available online or over the phone for anyone in the age bracket to get the vaccine, with a plan to eventually start vaccinating students through the school system.
This comes as the Victorian government increased the eligibility for COVID-19 vaccinations.
Grampians sub-hub vaccine coordinator Genevive Lilley said a Pfizer booking could be made online via the Victorian government's vaccine booking website, or by calling the telephone number on the website.
She said anyone looking to book an appointment needed to be patient, as the clinic was receiving a high volume of inquiries.

"We have got increasing numbers of appointments available over the next few weeks, they are probably going to fill up pretty fast," Ms Lilley said.
"We have had some reports about people who are struggling to get through on the call centre, the reason is that they are really, really busy. There are a lot of people eligible for vaccination and they are really keen to get vaccinated.
"We have appointments available in the short term ,and we sometimes adjust our bookings, as in add extra bookings close to the day.
"So if you ring in and there are no appointments available for four weeks it probably doesn't hurt to ring and try again a week later because we may have new places opened up."
People aged between 16 to 39 years old can also receive the AstraZeneca vaccine through GPs and pharmacies.
"So the important thing is to just be patient, you will get a chance to just keep trying - and if you ring at a really busy time maybe call again at a later time. The number is 1800 675 398," Ms Lilley said.
