The rescheduled event will bring together motor-heads from across the Wimmera, with special appearances from a 1796 Kawasaki motorbike featured in the original Mad Max movie.
The event will be hosted at Horsham Plaza, the first time the car park has been used by a car and bike show since 2010.
Horsham Plaza manager Alison Roberts said the details of the rescheduled event would remain unchanged, with a $10 donation required to exhibit a vehicle.
All profits will be donated to Wimmera Against Cancer in Kids.

"We would be using the same format that we created to host a market in our West car park last year," she said.
"We can have a vehicle in one car park and then a vacant space in between, so we are adhering to the rules."
The show will also feature a 1976 Volkswagen Beetle, which its owner will bring down from Marnoo.
The Beetle was previously used to complete a lap of Tasmania as part of a charity event for cancer research.
Ms Roberts said she hoped the event would proceed, as Wimmera Against Cancer in Kids had to cancel their fundraising event in March earlier this year.
"We are hoping we can still run it on that day. Back in 2010 we had a Ford car show here and we were overwhelmed by the number of people who showed up then," she said.
"It is important for us to be able to help out community groups and support WACK, which is such an important cause.
"We are hoping it might become an annual event."
Event organiser Simon Clark said the event would also bring much-needed business to the retailers at Horsham Plaza.
"With lockdown, we thought maybe we could hold an event there. All of us car guys can bring our wives and kids along and they can shop at the plaza while the guys are looking at their cars and bikes," he said.
"It is a good opportunity to bring people together and encourage shopping as well when everyone is having a tough time with COVID restrictions.
"We want to encourage people to come and bring their pride and joys along.
"It is also just about getting out, the public getting behind us, and putting a few bumps in the tin for WACK."
