Frew Foods International was the site of a day of activity with Stawell Regional Health setting up a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday.

From 8.30am until 3pm on the day, 99 workers received their first vaccination from the Stawell Regional Health vaccination team, who set-up their equipment in the lunchroom.
Frew Foods International had been working with Stawell Regional Health COVID-19 clinic in the past few months to get their work force, essential meatworkers, vaccinated.
Stawell Regional Health chief executive Kate Pryde said she was pleased to see her teams serving the community.
"It is really heartwarming to see how well our health service teams are working with the local community," she said.

Frew Foods International reached out to Stawell Regional Health to provide an additional vaccination clinic onsite to assist with their staff vaccinations.
Specifically the clinic was designed to target workers who find it more difficult to get to the Stawell Regional Health clinic during office hours.
On Friday then Stawell Regional Health team consisted of a combination of Stawell Regional Health medical doctor, immunisation coordinator, administration team and nurses.
They were also assisted by an additional three nurses who travelled from Ballarat Health Services.
