Unfortunately, the Association was forced to prematurely end its Winter competition because of the most recent lockdown restrictions, so players and officials are as keen as ever to get back out on the courts.

HABA president Jon Fitzgerald is hopeful that they can begin their Summer competition on November 8, in line with the Government's roadmap.
"Unfortunately our hands were tied with that one," Fitzgerald said in regards to cancelling the Winter competition.
"Hopefully it will be a big Summer comp and fingers crossed again from here we don't have any lockdowns or restrictions and we can just get back to it."
Before lockdown hit, the Association was in the midst of selecting the men's and ladies' Hornets sides for the upcoming Country Basketball League season.
Selections for the team are yet to be finalised, however, according to Fitzgerald a new fixture has been released and they'll be looking to get on-court at the end of November.
The men's Hornets will be coached by Scott Benbow, while the Lady Hornets will be coached by Rebecca McIntyre.
With all the uncertainty that sport has faced recently, Fitzgerald is grateful to have been given dates to work with.
"It sorta sucks that we've been sitting tight for a few months but it's good to have some dates that we can work off," he said.
"Fingers crossed we have smooth sailing from here and can just get back into it. It feels like it's been a long time."
