Headspace Day is a national day of support for the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians
Headspace Horsham clinical lead Sandi McLaughlin said it was an important day for mental health.
"It means reducing the stigma," she said.

"And publicising getting it out there for the community and know that it's accessible."
Ms Mclaughlin said it's an important message to young people.
"There is no shame and it's ok to seek support for your mental health," she said.
Headspace Horsham held an online forum on Thursday, October 6 called 'small steps start big things.'
The forum focused on encouraging people to regularly take time to focus on their own self-care.
Whether that's starting small with just 15 seconds or 15 minutes, through headspace tips, the forum delveded into giving people the tools they need to find what might work for them.
Professional AFL footballer Josh Bruce joined to share his own tips for taking small steps to create big things.
