Both Hobbs and Breuer were significant contributors for the Rebels all year and both tested at the Victoria Country NAB AFL Draft Combine last week in Bendigo.
The Rebels sat second on the ladder before the NAB League season was abandoned in September; just one win behind the first-placed Sandringham Dragons.
Hobbs who was co-captain of the side had an impressive campaign and is seen by some experts as a potential top-5 pick in this year's Draft.
Since returning from injury the hard-nosed midfielder averaged 31 disposals and a goal across his last four games.
Breuer was also impactful for the side, across the half-back line and midfield. He featured in all ten matches across the season, averaging 17.5 disposals and just over five tackles per outing.
Other award winners for the Rebels were Charlie Molan, who took home the Adam Goodes Trophy for the side's best and fairest, George Stevens who won the Best First Year Player and Jamieson Ballantyne who won the Personal Growth (Shaun Kelly) award.
This years AFL Draft is slated to be held on November 24 and 25.
