The reviver spot will be hosted by North West Grampians Lions Club.
It will be open for travellers from 10.30am to 2.30pm on Saturday, October 30 and Sunday, October 31.
The Driver Reviver will give drives a reminder to stop and take a break.
Driver Reviver facilitator Libby Peucker said it's an important event for the long weekend.

"We really want to encourage drivers to take a rest," she said.
"It's important because it can save lives."
Ms Peucker said it's an opportunity to stretch your legs, utilise the public toilets are Green Lake and take a moment to enjoy the site.
"Go walk the dog or let the children run around," she said.
Green Lake is often used as a Driver Reviver location.
The Western Highway has a turn off lane into the facilities, so drivers may slow down and turn in safely.
The kiosk at Green Lake was built by Horsham Lions Club and handed over to the Green Lake committee of management on October 31 in 1967.
The kiosk continues to be integral to Green Lake and vital to events such as Driver Reviver.
