At 7pm on October 31, Warracknabeal police intercepted a red Ford Focus.
The driver was a 34-year-old male learner who was unaccompanied and had breached his alcohol interlock condition by having no interlock in the car.
The car was impounded for 30 days, with the male set to appear to Horsham Magistrates' Court at a later date.
At 1pm on November 1, Warrcknabeal police received reports of a silver Ford Falcon performing burnouts at the intersection of Anderson and Woolcock Streets.
The police identified the 30-year-old male driver, who was later interviewed. His car was impounded for 30 days and he will attend the Horsham Magistrates' Court at a later date.
