"At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we pause to remember those who made the supreme sacrifice in all theatres of conflict involving Australian and New Zealand service personnel," Warracknabeal RSL Honourable Secretary Richard McGinniss said.
"We also pause to remember those who are still with us and those who are still dealing with issues as a result of their service."
While the legend of the ANZACS was born at Gallipoli, the RSL ensure that it lives on today with our current service personnel, both Australian and New Zealand.

Unfortunately the COVID-19 restrictions make it difficult to hold a normal ceremony.
"So at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, pause and remember, listen for the fire siren and perhaps you will also hear the Last Post being played followed by Reveille," Mr McGinniss said.
Also this year marks a major milestone for the poppy appeal, this year is the 100th anniversary of the poppy appeal.
"Each year the selling of tokens helps support our returned service personnel and their families with everyday issues to make their life easier," Mr McGinniss said.
"We would encourage you all to purchase a token, especially in this the 100th anniversary, tokens will be on sale outside IGA on Friday 5th of November.
"We encourage everyone to stand to and remember our past and present service personnel this Remembrance Day."
