The man responsible for two consecutive break-ins at Kalkee Football Netball Club has been sentenced to six months in prison.

Bradley Franklin, 41, pleaded guilty to more than 20 charges at Horsham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 30, including burglary, criminal damage, drug possession, careless driving and driving unlicensed on three occasions.
For the charges relating to drugs and driving offences, Franklin was fined $1500 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
The court was told Franklin and a co-offender travelled to the Kalkee Football Netball Club on a stolen motorcycle on June 20, 2021.
Franklin broke into the club rooms where he ransacked the building including the kitchen area, medical office and change rooms. Food and alcohol was stolen.
The following night on June 21, Franklin and co-offender returned.
They forced their way into the club for a second time, this time damaging the glass door as they forced entry.

The pair stole keys, food and alcohol. They took cables from the CCTV, in turn damaging a computer monitor in the process.
Police said they searched a house in Horsham on June 23, 2021, where they found items linking Franklin to the break-ins, including a helmet matching the CCTV footage.
The court ewas told that Franklin was involved in another break-in between March 29 and mid-June 2021. He forced entry into a vacant residence by breaking a door.
He ransacked the home and stole jewellery, which was later recovered during a search of Franklin's house on June 21.
Franklin was arrested on June 24 and remanded in custody for 158 days before the hearing.
Magistrate Tim Walsh sentenced Franklin to six months in prison, citing his time already spent in prison.
Mr Walsh said if Franklin had not pleaded guilty, he would have faced a nine-month period imprisonment.
