Mr Bradey was announced as the winner at the online ceremony by Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change Lily D'Ambrosio.
Kowree Farm Tree Group held a gathering in Edenhope to watch the ceremony and celebrate the win.
Mr Bradey gave a live acceptance speech and spoke about his extensive career in his local community.

Over his 30-year farming career in South-West Wimmera, Mr Bradey has explored agriculture and the conservation of native plants and wildlife.
In his work as President of Kowree Farm Tree Group and Chairman of the Environmental Farmers Network, he has advocated for the incorporation of conservation into agricultural practice.
Mr Bradey has demonstrated is dedication to his community and the environment by hosting field days on his property, mentoring new groups, and sourcing funding for community planting days.
Kowree Farm Tree Group Landcare facilitator Rachel Farran said that Andrew has become a strong advocate for conservation and has made submissions to improve conservation policy.
"Andrew has shown an outstanding commitment to Landcare through his development and promotion of on-farm conservation methods," she said.
The Joan Kirner Landcare Award honours the legacy of former premier, the Hon Joan Kirner AC, for her involvement in establishing Landcare in Victoria 35 years ago.
The award is given to a person who has championed the Landcare movement in Victoria, contributed significantly to Landcare for at least 10 years, and demonstrated commitment to forging partnerships and effectively engaging the community in Landcare.
Chair of Landcare Australia Doug Humann AC commended recipients of the 2021 Victorian Landcare Awards on their outstanding accomplishments.
"It's an honour to be able to recognise the great work being carried out by our landcare champions in Victoria," he said.
"The Landcare Awards program provides landcarers with the ideal opportunity to celebrate individual and collective achievements of landcare."
