The win means the Bullants have twice managed to chase a target of more than 200 this season, after Jung set a similarly imposing score.
However, unlike the premiers' cruisy run chase against the Tigers, the Bullants had to fight for every run against last year's finalists.
It wasn't until the final over that the reigning premiers limped to the target of 201 set by West Wimmera with just four balls to spare.
The men of the west set the bar high, scoring 5-200 under a shining Wimmera sun in Noradjuha.

Kent Hair steadied at one end before he too lost his wicket at 17 (26).

But the star of the show was Rushit Vekariya, who stepped up and took career best figures of 5-5, demolishing Blackheath-Dimboola's lower order, leaving the Saints to chase 107.
In response the Saints completed their chase in 19 overs for just four wickets, handing Blackheath-Dimboola their first loss of the season.
Meanwhile, the Tigers evened their account with a win over winless Lubeck-Murtoa, to sit at two wins, two losses.
