Inspired by the visual artists and creators that call Natimuk home, NOSAT will run across three sites from 10am to 3.30pm on Sunday, offering people the chance to meet and see the work of some of Natimuk's local artistic talent.
People can get along to Natimuk's iconic Goat Gallery to see works by visual artists Anthony Pelchen, Alison Eggleton and Carolynne Hamdorf, and textile works by Genevieve Lilley.
Works by visual artists Hannah French and Tracey Skinner will be viewable at the Natimuk Farmers Market Plus, and the Boarding House Studios.
IN OTHER NEWS:
ACT Natimuk General Co-manager Tracey Skinner is thrilled to be launching this new project in Natimuk.
"This exciting new initiative is an opportunity for artists to share their practice, offer diverse art for sale and to create another vibrant element of the arts and cultural activity that Natimuk and environs are renowned for", she said.
NOSAT will be launched at 10am at the Natimuk Farmers Market Plus and will continue as an annual event in 2022.
In 2022 NOSAT will grow to offer more opportunity for visitors to stay in the area, engaging with the artists and their studios, visiting the local Farmers Market, supporting other businesses and cultural endeavours that may be happening.
To find out more about the art trail and the artists involved in it, people can visit the NOSAT website natimukopenstudios.org or the ACT Natimuk website actnatimuk.com/actnatimuk/current-projects/natimuk-open-studios-art-trail
