Choosing to bat first, it was a rocky start for the Tigers with both openers wickets falling, leaving the visitors 2-16.
Grant Connelly held fast, making a hard-fought 27.
Connelly looked in fine form and combined with with Brenton Hallam (5) and Angus Adams (21*) for two vital partnerships before losing his own wicket at 4-71.

Adams and Levi Mock were unbeaten at the end of the Tigers' innings, having guided their side to 5-109.
In reply, the Warriors started off their runchase strongly, with openers Nathan Alexander and Mitch Dahlenburg sharing a 28-run stand.
Even the fall of Dahlenburg's wicket - a stumping by Josiah Mock off the bowling of Levi Mock - couldn't seem to stem the tide and it was 3-61 when Austin Smith fell.
However, it was soon 4-61 when Trevor Polkinghorne flicked the ball to Brenton Hallam.
The Warriors fought on, but the more top order wickets they lost, the more firepower they lost and the harder it was to reach the runrate required to win.
Brad Alexander fell at 5-90; James Philip was bowled a run later.
In the end, the Warriors fell just short of the total with a score of 7-105.

Meanwhile in Noradjuha, the Bullants continued their dominance with a clinical win over Rup-Minyip at home.
The Bullants lost the toss, but it made no difference as they set an imposing total of 4-144 from their 20 overs, on the back of a blistering half century from Justtin Combe (76 (64)).
After losing the wicket of opener Josh Beddison early, Combe and brother Matt - over a run a ball at 37 (36) - combined for a mammoth 112-run partnership, before skipper Matt was bowled by Caeleb Leith, leaving the Bullants nicely perched at 2-120.
Tony Caccaviello cameoed late, adding a quickfire 15 from 10 deliveries before he was caught by young star Conor Weidemann off the bowling of Billy Foorde-Engelsman.
Rup-Minyip began their runchase slowly, losing the wickets of Bailey Young and Connor Weidemann, both to the frightening bowling of star Tony Caccaviello, before Jordan McDonald knocked down the castle of Daniel Schaper.
OTHER NEWS:
Panthers skipper Jamie Byrne held on grimly, ending with a rugged 56 not out and was a shining light for the visitors.
Byrne and young Lachie Weidemann combined for a 70-run stand to give the Panthers a glimpse hope for an upset, however in the end, like the Warriors, the Panthers simply ran out of firepower.
Rup-Minyip ended their chase 4-104.
Meanwhile, it was a special day for Horsham Saint Harry Crute in his Under 16 match against the Colts.
Crute took a birthday hat trick to enter the history books alongside the great Peter Siddle.
Crute's first and second wickets caught behind by skipper Tom Sostheim, before Crute trapped his third wicket in front with a yorker full toss.
