The side had a convincing win over the Surfcoast Chargers on Saturday at Wurdi Baierr Stadium before backing it up against Warrnambool at Horsham on Sunday.
Against the Chargers, the Hornets women were a class above their coastal opponents, winning by a mammoth 54-points.

Other than a third-quarter drop-off where the visitors were outscored by four points, the Hornets won each quarter by at least 17-points.
Georgia Hiscock had a day out scoring 26-points, while Faith McKenzie (22-points) and Olivia Jones (19- points) made valuable contributions.
The following day in front of a vocal crowd at the Nest, the side picked up where they left off and put the Mermaids to the sword.
This time the Hornets won every quarter to run away 34-point victors and hand the Mermaids their second loss of the season.
This time it was Ema Iredell who found her shooting touch, top-scoring with 26-points for the Hornets.
Jones and McKenzie again were heavily involved in the scoring, adding 15 points each.
Hornets assistant coach Jon Fitzgerald told the Wimmera Mail-Times after the Seahawks victory that it was an "awesome effort" by the side.
"They're a quality team Warrnambool," Fitzgerald said.
"To come out and do that to them was awesome."
According to Fitzgerald the side's preparation was paramount to getting the win.
"It really started with the way we came to the game," he said.
"We got a nice win on the board yesterday.
"We're really getting through what we want to - running our players through, putting the defensive pressure on, boxing out, all the basics that we've been trying to do all season.
"It's all starting to come together and at the right time of the year too."

The Hornets have the bye in round seven before two home games against Portland and the Chargers to finish the regular season.
"(We've got) a lot of momentum," Fitzgerald said.
"We've got two more home games and then finals so anything could happen from here."
