Active Farmer is a group fitness with classes organised around the regions.
Active Farmer trainer, Justin Knorpp said the event has been organised to get blokes and farmers to come together and socialise.
"It's about coming together to enjoy one another's company and to listen to some guest speakers about farm safety, farm succession planning," Mr Knorpp said.
"We want blokes to learn and understand that, it's ok to not be ok and hopefully get people to start a conversation and speak up."
IN OTHER NEWS:
The main guest speaker of the night will be Warren Davies from 'The Unbreakable Farmer', talking about mental health and his life journey.
"It's important for our region to have nights like this because particularly with farmers," Mr Knorpp said.
"There is a lot more isolation nowadays and as humans we can get lost in technology, social media and forget how important it is to socialise for our mental health and that human connection and interaction is certainly a more favoured way for us all to live our lives.
"These nights show that you don't have to live in the city or metro areas to be able to attend such nights."
The free COVID safe event will be on February 26 at 7pm at Warracknabeal Showgrounds.
