A 14-year-old Horsham boy is fighting for life at the Royal Children's Hospital after a crash in Drung on Tuesday afternoon, August 23.
The teenage boy was flown by air ambulance helicopter to the Royal Children's with upper body injuries, where he remains in a critical condition.
Another teenage boy involved in the crash was taken to Wimmera Base Hospital with minor injuries, and is in a stable condition.
Paramedics treated two women, believed to be in their 20s, for upper body injuries who were taken to the Wimmera Base Hospital in a stable condition.
A teenage girl was also taken the Wimmera Base Hospital for further observation.
Paramedics assessed three people at the scene involved in the crash who were not taken to hospital.

EARLIER, Tuesday:
TWO teenagers have been taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a car crash in Drung.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Horsham-Lubeck Road and Rokesky Road to reports of the collision at around 5.10pm.
A 14-year-old Horsham boy was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries and a 15-year-old boy from the same vehicle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Three other occupants of the vehicle and five from the second vehicle were assessed for minor injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash have yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
