Tucker contributed with 17-disposals in the Dockers' 15-point win over West Coast, which keeps the Dockers' finals hopes alive for 2021.
The win broke a 9-0 career losing streak for Tucker against Fremantle's neighbours.
"It's been a long time coming I think I've played in a fair few so it was good to finally get one on the board," Tucker said of the derby victory.

"Our season's still alive which is a great spot to be in, so we've just got to focus on what we can control and get our preparation right and try to do as much as we can.
"Hopefully we get the win."
The Dockers currently sit in tenth position on the same points (40) as Essendon and West Coast who are placed in eighth and ninth position due to a superior percentage. In seventh spot is GWS on 42-points.
For the Dockers to make finals they simply must defeat the Saints this weekend and will likely need two of either Essendon, GWS, or West Coast to lose their final match, due to the percentage difference.
Despite the Dockers' finals' chances not being entirely in their own hands, Tucker said the group was in positive spirits ahead of the Saints' game.
"We're stoked with the win on the weekend but you sort of have to look past that pretty quickly, as much as we want to celebrate it..." He said.
"Now our focus is already to St Kilda so we've got to level ourselves out and look to improve and learn from the weekend..."
24-year-old Tucker's 2021 season was put on the back-foot early, with a severe hamstring injury interrupting his pre-season and ruling him out for the first six rounds.
Since his return from injury in round seven this year he has played in all 15 of Fremantle's games averaging a healthy 17.7 disposals a game and has done so in a variety of roles.
MORE NEWS:
The Dockers' wealth of midfield talent has enabled Tucker to rotate between the wing and halfback; the latter a position in which he excelled during his draft year.
"I didn't have the preseason that I wanted," Tucker reflected.
"I Feel like I've been able to play my role and able to keep building with a new role as well.
"It was definitely a challenge (moving to halfback) but I feel like I'm building every single week and feeling more comfortable."
