The meeting was held on August 17 and saw Joy Smith elected as president, alongside a new executive team.
Outgoing president Lea Crammond served as president of the auxiliary for nine years, and thanked the members for their service.
"I've loved my time as president," she said.
"I am very proud of these ladies and the support we provide for this community. It is an honour to belong to this community."

Wimmera Health Care Group director of Clinical Services Maree Woodhouse was a guest speaker at the meeting and spoke on the difficulties of attracting and keeping nurses and medical staff.
She also thanked the auxiliary for their effort in the refurbishment of the short stay sitting room in the hospital's Oxley ward and commented on the hardworking palliative care team working 50 per cent above target.
The auxiliary plans to host an open gardens day on October 31 as their next major fundraising event.
The "Gardens of Haven" event will see seven gardens in the Haven area opened up to the public to view and enjoy.
Ms Crammond said the event would be a good way to raise spirits after recent COVID-19 lockdowns.
"After lockdown and such trying times, it will be an event to cheer everyone up," she said.
"We are planning a COVID-safe event and should the day be cancelled because of COVID lockdowns, then ticket holders will be able to contact a number on their tickets to redeem the ticket price.
"We are trying to cover all bases and make this a safe and joyous event, and of course it will help with fundraising so that our team may keep up the good work."
Tickets will cost $15 and include an afternoon tea at the Haven Hall with garden stalls and a raffle.
Tickets are available by calling Nola on 0407 810 544.
