The community plan and vision was put out for community feedback during the last council meeting in July.
Yarriambiack Shire chief officer Jessie Holmes said the plan was a culmination of a substantial amount of online and in person consultation.
"That brought together a range of different actions out of four themes," she said.
"We've had the draft out for consultation for about two months."
