Potted plants from the school program called Hands on Learning were taken from the school.
Assistant principal Casey Phelan said there had been three occasions of theft.
"It is clear that it was not an opportunistic act, particularly on the second and third occasions," she said.
Ms Phelan said the students were very proud of their work, assisting in the construction of the planter boxes and proud that their work could be displayed for everyone to see.

A Hands on Learning student said all of the students involved were disappointed and felt disrespected.
"As Hands on Learning students we feel disappointed in the community because our plants were stolen from our pallet garden," a student said.
"The pallet garden was a group project that took a long time for us to build. We also feel disrespected as a group and as a school."
Warracknabeal Police is looking for information in regards to the incident that occurred on Sunday, August 15 at around 8pm.
A person walking four dogs entered the school property and proceeded to steal 12 individual plants.
The person has been described as being of very solid build and was wearing a black hoodie and light coloured tracksuit pants. The person was also using a torch to guide himself around the grounds.
Police are asking that anyone who knows the man or witnessed the incident contact Warracknabeal Police Station on (03) 5396 2100.
A Warracknabeal police officer said they currently have no further information and were keen to hear from from the community.
