Wimmera Superintendent Ian Milner presented the awards in an annual ceremony at Horsham.
21 awards were given to 20 officers during the presentation.
Detective Sergeant Mick Salter earned his Victoria Police Service Medal clasp for 40 years, Sergeant Darren Wright for 30 years, Leading Senior Constable Rob Martin, 25 years and Detective Sergeant Duane Hagger, 20 years.
The VPSM is recognition by Victoria Police of the "sustained diligent and ethical service" of its officers..
A VPSM medal is first issued after 10 years of service, with a clasp issued for each further period of five years.

Seventeen officers also received Divisional Commendations in "recognition of exceptional performance or exceptional service" according to Victoria Police.
Detective Sergeant Matthew Olston was commended for his work with Operation RETOOK, while Sergeant Suzie Armati and Detective Senior Constable were awarded for their role in Operation Propylon.
Sergeant Darren Wright was given his commendation for his response to an "emergency management incident" in February 2021.
Senior Constable Shaun Childs earned a commendation for the way he responded to an arson attack on Horsham Police Station in March 2021.
Leading Senior Constables Peter Mellington, Phill Shiells and James Richardson, along with Senior Constable Adrian Hoggett and Constable Ethan Shilling were all awarded for their actions during a siege in Edenhope in June 2021.
Finally, Detective Sergeant Duane Hagger, Sergeant Matthew Currow, Acting Sergeants Troy Curran and Hamish Forbes, senior constable Dale Cuinik and constables Matthew Kennedy and Dane Sundstrup all received a commendation in dealing with a "serious breach of the Victorian chief health officer's direction and other criminal offences.
