Horsham Rural City Council arts and culture team's Christmas Postcard Projection will see "locally-created artwork" decorating the hotel.
The art has been projected across Firebrace Street onto the west wall of the hotel every night between 8.30pm and 11pm since December 15 and will continue until New Year's Eve.
HRRC creative services and events lead Shana Miatke said the easing of restrictions in Victoria provided new opportunities in the lead up to Christmas.

"Shoppers and diners to Horsham's central activity district are encouraged to view the late night activation at the end of the day's Christmas shopping and dining experiences," she said.
"The Christmas Postcard Project invites Horsham people and visitors to stay up after bed time and participate in this family friendly event."
Ms Miatke said Natimuk artist Hannah French was commissioned to develop the Christmas postcard format and project mascot the Christmas Cocky.
"The project celebrates our resilience and connection over the past two years. It shares messages of hope and good will and will energise the streets of Horsham," Ms Miatke said.
"We would like to extend a huge thanks to White Hart Hotel owners Bruce and Adelle Hartigan and Mario Macchia for the support they have offered towards the project. Without their support this project would not have been able to progress,"
