The children's vaccine is available at two places in Horsham; the state-run Wimmera Health Care Group clinic and Lister House's UpTempo Cafe vaccination centre. Both are by appointment only.
Bookings were snatched up in an instant, with Lister House having to wait for more doses before opening up appointments again.
Lister House Clinic chief executive Amanda Wilson said the clinic expects a new shipment of doses by the end of the week.
"It has been brilliant. We have only got a certain amount of doses that we can give out currently, from what the government has given us. We have booked out really quickly," she said.

"The demand is there and we certainly would like to help everybody, but unfortunately, we do not have enough doses to hand out just yet."
Ms Wilson said she was impressed by the children who came into the clinic on Monday, with only a few shying away from the jab.
"There is always a percentage of kids who get worried, but we have a few tricks up our sleeves that can actually help distract kids," she said.
"Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't as with anything. But the kids have been amazing today - it's just a little hot at 37 degrees."

For children aged five to 11, there will be an eight week wait between the first and the second dose.
Ms Wilson said any child who turns twelve within the eight week period between doses will still have to continue with their eight week waiting period, but will receive an adult dose for their second shot.
