Pharmacist Carlie Streeter thanked the pharmacy's vaccination team and the Horsham community for the effort.
"We have been really happy with the enthusiasm of the local community, people have been rolling up their sleeves and coming in," she said.
"In the last week or so since we started Moderna it has been amazing how many younger people are really keen to have the vaccine.
"We have been having a lot in that 12 to 18 year old age group come in the last week, which is really encouraging, it has been amazing."

Ms Streeter said she was unsure who the lucky 1000th vaccine recipient was, as she only realised the pharmacy had broken the number when she was filling out an end-of-day report.
Despite solid booking numbers for the next few weeks, Ms Streeter encouraged people to either book an appointment online or call in.
"We have bookings available online for the vaccine, however, some days we do have a couple of spare spots so I encourage people to call up and just see if there are any extras or if they can come in or walk-in as well," she said.
"I say 2000 will probably happen quite fast. Now that we have Moderna there has been a huge uptake and the intervals only take four weeks.
"A lot of those people will be coming back for their second dose in only a matter of weeks.
"I say that it won't be that long until we do get to that. We are booked soli for the next couple of weeks, so we will be fairly busy."
