Unfortunately, for many people throughout our community, Christmas can also be a lonely time with friends busy or away, and family members living in distant parts of the country.
The past two years have particularly difficult for many people in the community and this event is an opportunity for people who might otherwise be home alone on Christmas day to come together in a safe environment to share lunch and laughter.
For more than fifteen years, Horsham's Uniting Church community has provided a Christmas lunch so people can gather together to share a meal with others. The tradition continues this year.
IN OTHER NEWS:
This event is for any person or couple seeking company and fellowship on Christmas Day, whether you are a single person, or a parent with children, or a couple whose children or family are celebrating elsewhere.
