Pop-up clinics established in 2021 will stay open to help vaccinate the community

The Lister House clinic at Up Tempo will continue into next year with some reduced days and hours.

"We have changing dates continually at the minute," Lister House chief executive Amanda Wilson said.

"We are trying to source supply again so people need to be patient."

The clinic will be working towards booster shots and getting 5 to 11 year-olds vaccinated in January.

"We will also rotate it into Lister House at some stage when it reduces," Ms WIlson said.

"But that won't be for months yet."

Ms Wilson said the clinic remains open as needed.

"We are here until we aren't needed," she said.

"We wish to thank our community for their continued efforts and understanding."

The Wimmera Health Care Group vaccination on McLachlan Street will also remain open in 2022.

"We will start vaccinating children under 12 from January 12. Bookings are not open yet and will be via the central booking number 1800 675 398, or online after January 14," Western Sub-Hub Project Officer Genevieve Lilley said.

WHCG was running a drop-in clinic at Horsham Neighbourhood House which will finish on Thursday, December 23.

"For now we are here in McLachlan Street we are open through January but I imagine we will still be busy with the kids and boosters in February," Ms Lilley said.

"We are however going month to month at this stage. Things seem like they might wind down, but then they don't."

The clinic will close for the holiday period from December 23 and reopen on January 5, 2022.
