Two of the three Pennant clashes were decided by mere games; while St Michaels only just got over the line against Drung South Purple 5 sets to 7.
Kalkee returned to the winners list with a tense 75-70 game win over Drung South Orange.
Things started off well for Drung South Orange, with Logan Casey and Matt Hill triumphing in the first doubles match.
Three wins on the trot to Kalkee - those of Anna Exell and Emily Polack in doubles and Aiden Richardson and Debbie Lawson in singles put Kalkee back on the front foot.

Casey led a tense 7-8 fight back for Drung in his second doubles match of the day, before Exell and Lawson combined for another win for Kalkee, while Matt Hill and Sandra Casey helped ensuring momentum kept see-sawing between the two sides.
Drung South Orange won two of the last three rubbers of the day - including Logan Casey's third win - to ensure both sides were locked at 6-6.
The final result was determined by games, with Kalkee scraping back into the winner's book.
Elsewhere at Central Park, Horsham Lawn won the day in similar fashion to strengthen their hold on the top of the table.

Matt Jones and Brendan Nitschke got Central Park off go a solid start with a win over Stuart McRae and Ross Janetzki, while Tahlia Thompson and Cherie Wood got one back for Lawn.
It was game for game for the entire afternoon - Reece Harman won for Central Park, Gemma Walker struck back for Lawn; Jones and Harman combine for a Central Park win; Walker and Thompson triumph for Lawn.
Game for game, match for match - Central Park clung to Horsham Lawn as the two sides tumbled towards the end result.
However, Horsham Lawn made the most of their chances, winning by bigger margins.
With the scores dead level at 6 matches apiece, it was Horsham Lawn who came out winners by 15 games; 75-60.

St Michaels meanwhile had a close game of their own against Drung South Purple, going set for set for much of the day.
It wasn't until a three win stretch late in the afternoon across matches seven to nine that the Saints wrestled the upper hand from Drung's grasp.
Peter Hayes, Kassie Peachey and the dynamic duo of Hayes and Chris Ellis almost put the result beyond a doubt with only three matches remaining, but Drung South Purple fought back however, winning two of the last three games to ensure it was a close finish.
However Jess McDonald won the final rubber of the day to put the matter to rest.
St Michaels now sit second on the ladder heading into the Christmas break behind Horsham Lawn, setting up a tantalising clash between the two top of the table sides when tennis resumes on January 29, 2022.
