That's not to say the Tigers aren't recruiting, but they understand that they will need to utilise the abundance of youth on their list in the 2022 Horsham District Football Netball League season.
"We'll mainly focus on what we've got," Tigers coach Clint Burdett told the Wimmera Mail-Times.
"We've picked up a couple of guys that, Nick Groves has come across, he's a handy half forward pocket goal-sneak for us.

"Like every club we've spoken to a lot of guys but just can't nail any big recruits.
"We're happy, we know we're not going to set the world on fire pushing for the flag or anything but I'm more about developing what we've got, we've got some really good talent there..."
So far the Tigers have had two preseason training sessions and Burdett likes what he's seen.
"We're happy with the numbers for this time of year," he said.
"A lot of kids but some real good promising kids and throughout next year we'll draft some under 17s through that might play three or four games here and there.
"We've got some older guys like Danny Baker and that - you know what you're gonna get with them every year."
On the field the Tigers have struggled in recent years and unfortunately haven't secured multiple wins in a season since 2016.
Burdett is hoping to turn their form around but knows it won't come easily.
"The clubs been down for the last three or four years and I want to see them get back up to their glory days," he said.
"That's not going to happen overnight but it's going to be a big challenge. Hopefully (we'll take) small steps.
"We've only won one game in the couple of years, so if we could win three or four games that's 400% better than what we've done in the last couple of years.
"Our first two rounds, we're big chances of having a couple of wins hopefully."
The newly-appointed Tigers coach played for the Southern Mallee Giants between 2015-2021 where he experienced immense success.
Burdett featured in the sides 2016 HDFNL premiership and played in two Wimmera League grand finals.
He is hoping he can draw from that culture in his new role.
"I've played under some terrific coaches and players there," he said.
"It's a lot different at Pimpinio with where they are at.
MORE NEWS:
"Obviously the Giants have been successful over the last four or five years.
"For me to leave that and go to a challenge like this is a huge step but I just needed something different in my career, for where I'm at.
Burdett named some of the young players he is keen to see "take the next step" in 2022.
"Brock Hamerston, Corey Mann, Keegan King," he said.
"And also I'm looking forward to seeing what Mackay Baker can do in the ruck, he's a big kid. He's been to a couple of trainings and he's been doing some running.
"I reckon we'll have a pretty good on-ball brigade and I wanna see what he can do in the ruck for us."
